Terms and Conditions

1: Lesson Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this period will result in the forfeiture of the lesson. If there are issues with the internet connection during the lesson, the session will be rescheduled.

2: Refund Policy
Customers are entitled to a full refund within 1 week of payment (cooling-off period). After this period, no refunds will be granted. If the course has already commenced, no refunds are possible. However, the course may be transferred to another individual or converted to a different one if it suits the customer’s needs better.

3: Teacher Transfer
It is possible to switch to a different teacher at any point during the course, subject to availability.

4: Lesson Validity
Lessons are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

5: Course Transfer and Conversion
Courses can be transferred to another individual or converted to a different course if necessary.

6: Privacy Policy
Personal data collected during the course registration will be used only to provide services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
