Malaga has a pleasant climate with the most sunshine in Spain. In winter, the average temperature is around 15 degrees and in summer it is almost always above 25 degrees.
The city has many sights from various cultures and no less than 28 different museums.
You can eat, drink and go out and there are several markets in and around Malaga every day. For beach lovers there is the popular Playa “Malagueta” and several other beaches within walking distance of the center. Nice to visit is the nearby Pedregalejo, a former fishing village with many fish restaurants on a pleasant boulevard.
Finally, Malaga has its own airport with daily many direct connections from all over the world and a modern train station with fast connections to Cordoba, Granada, Seville.

The partnerschool in Málaga
We work together with a carefully selected language school in Malaga. This partner school is affiliated with both the well-known chain International House and the Instituto Cervantes, which is a guarantee for good service and quality of teaching.
The school is located in the heart of Malaga, close to the famous shopping street Calle Larios. A beautiful location to learn Spanish, where you can enjoy the cozy Spanish atmosphere, the many tapas bars and restaurants, and the various events this city has to offer.
The school organizes various cultural activities and excursions where you can participate, so you get to know the city and the surrounding area.
A written and verbal level test determines your current knowledge of the language, and you will be placed in the group with the right level. The groups consist of a maximum of 8 to 10 students. The property is comfortable and modern furnished and air-conditioned.
The couse
The school offers various courses, the most popular being the Intensive Spanish course, consisting of 20 lessons per week (4 lessons per day). Additionally, you have the option to book extra group or private lessons.

Two hours will be devoted to grammar and two hours to the practical application and conversations in Spanish. Prices of other courses on request.
Registration fee: 50 euros (including teaching materials, certificate and level test).

FROM OUR STUDENTS
We thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish lessons at the language school in Malaga. The staff there were incredibly kind, and Monique was always available to answer all our questions, just as you had mentioned.
On the first day of class, we were very nervous. We had slept poorly, and initially felt discouraged, but by day 2, things were already looking up. The school also organized various afternoon activities, which we participated in every day and found very worthwhile. On the last day of school, we even received a private lesson as a supplement to day 1, and we also joined a school-organized activity in week 2: a guided tour of the Picasso Museum. Overall, we are very satisfied with the school.
Furthermore, Malaga is indeed a friendly and beautiful city with kind people and plenty to see. And on Sunday, May 27th, we witnessed the incredibly impressive procession of Malaga’s patron saint. It was a fantastic start to our trip. We were also very fortunate with our apartment.
Sonja, once again, thank you very much for all your extensive and friendly responses to our questions throughout. We had two wonderful weeks. We will return to Spain. Hopefully, next year.
