Cádiz can be highly recommended as a destination for learning Spanish! It has a pleasant climate all year round, and for beach lovers there are some beautiful beaches.
Playa la Caleta is located near the old town, Playa Santa Maria del Mar is the beginning of a nine-kilometer long sandy beach at the new town, Playa de la Victoria is the central beach near the new town, and on the city border is the Playa de la Cortadura beach with a length of almost four kilometers.
The city has an attractive old center with various interesting monuments and museums and you will find plenty of cozy bars and restaurants. Walking through the center in the evening is a must. Throughout the city there are small parks with exotic plants such as the Alameda Apodaca with beautiful flower beds.

The partnerschool in Cádiz
We went to Cadiz looking for the best language school. The school is affiliated to both the well-known International House chain and the Instituto Cervantes, authorities that oversee excellent quality of teaching by qualified teachers. The school is located in an attractive property in one of the most beautiful areas of the old town of Cadiz, and within walking distance of the beach.
The property is comfortable and modern furnished and air-conditioned.
The school organizes fun cultural and sporting activities in which students can participate voluntarily. It is also possible to book a course in combination with and surf course, or a course especially for teenagers.
A written and verbal level test determines your current knowledge of the language, and you will be placed in the group with the right level. The groups consist of a maximum of 6 to 8 students.
The couse
The school offers various courses, the most popular being the Intensive Spanish course, consisting of 20 lessons per week (4 lessons per day). Additionally, you have the option to book extra group or private lessons.

Two hours will be dedicated to grammar, while the remaining two hours will focus on practical application and Spanish conversation. Prices for other courses are available upon request.
